We really appreciated that, upon our request, they arranged so we could check in a bit earlier, which was perfect for our daughter's nap time :) There is not much natural light in the apartment(since it is semi basement), but it is what we were looking for because our child still needs a darker room for naps. Everything was perfect, really clean, friendly and helpful staff, our room was cleaned every day. We got free coffee, chocolate on the third day and a souvenir from the staff on the sixth day. Clean towels, nothing bad to say.
