The owner is very kind and helpful.

I didn't have a phone so I missed the check in information which otherwise was perfect. Big rooms. Nice balcony with a view of green fields + cows. Very peaceful. The welcoming package was a surprise. A bottle of wine and a cheese platter. Very nice touch! Maria also helped to book a boat tour round the island + corvo which was to be the highlight of my 3 1/2 weeks travel in the Azores. I loved the location a little walk from the airport. The whale museum was fascinating!

That the owner greeted us in person and informed us about all the sightseeing of the island, the best roads and roads to avoid, updated us on the local forecast and gave us advice about restaurants. Very clean, there is everything you need in terms of small cleaning during the stay. No pb with Wi-fi. Hairdryer is very powerful ! Low pressure in the shower but i think it's commun in Azores. There were also a dehumidifier and a heating device, but i doubt the last one made any difference. It was a bit cold in the evenings, but no problem at night with the blankets. A friendly neighbor orange cat is a bonus :) You have a café & restaurants in 3-5 min drive.

Located in an idyllic valley, though still close to Santa Cruz and therefore the airport. Very well furnished, luxurious, homey, generous kitchen, two bathrooms. Pretty view from the upstairs bedroom. Uncomplicated self check-in. Friendly and very helpful owners.
