The location was great as it’s not within all the noise and hype but only 7-10 mins taxi away from it (provenza) so you can have peaceful sleeps. The suite was incredible, the view from your room is picture perfect (you will take the same picture every morning!) the small details like automatic curtain control made it feel very luxurious, the bed super comfortable the walk in wardrobe… literally everything about the suite was amazing. I would say this is the best place we have stayed at out of all of our travels. Loved it and WILL 100% return.

Good location in Poblado Medellin next to a lot of good restaurants and shopping malls, good wi-fi but above all I appreciate the friendly staff from breakfast (thank you Liliana for being an artist in preparing our every morning cappuccino and Jey Jey for the best omelets),as well as Marianna and Ana-Maria from the front desk and reception

The hotel is located opposite Santa Fe Shopping Centre and 800 metres from Aguacatala Metro Station. Lleras Park is a 10-minute drive away, while El Tesoro Shopping Centre and Medellin’s historic centre are within a 15-minute drive. The breakfast buffet was huge, with a big variety. especially loved the smoothies which were not like the watery, sugary “juices” in other hotels. The staff were always friendly and helpful! We slept well, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet enough. Overall really good value money and much recommended.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and room service. I loved everything! The staff are the best thing about this hotel - and that's even more amazing when you consider the beautiful location, the amazing views, the peace and tranquility, and the really delicious food (I had actual gold on my salad, too!) and drinks. Francisco (the chef), Sébastian and Melissa are all wonderful human beings, and they took the best care of me whilst I was there. I felt so well looked after the whole time, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The same goes for William and Eneda too, who were always willing to help with washing clothes, cleaning, etc. I felt like a part of the family and didn't want to leave! The location is great (if you want peace tranquility and countryside), just 15 minutes from La Piedra and 20 minutes from Guatapé by bus/jeep, and the hotel has a pool, sauna and jacuzzi to keep you entertained. If you want to rest, recover and/or enjoy the Colombian countryside, whilst being superbly looked after, stay here!

Everything about the hotel is the maximum that you could expect in the price range so we were very impressed. It was exactly what we wanted at exactly the price that we wanted to pay. The restaurant has a wonderful menu with excellent staff. The room is a good size and extremely comfortable. We used the co-working space and that was a good working environment.
