The location is very good. The owner is kind and we communicated well with him. There is a fairly large parking area where parking spots are available. It is quite far from the city and a means of transportation is needed (a personal car in our case).

The house is situated in a hamlet of houses and has access to a garden with a seaview terrace ,deckchairs table and chairs. The house is very well equipped for self-catering. The host Augusta was so helpful and very informative. This is A beautiful get away from it all place without being totally isolated as other houses on site. There is a local bus stop close by to Riomaggiore 3km away. A beautiful Fantastic Stay!! Would definitely book again.

The location is perfect for exploring La Spezia and is less than ten minutes walk to the train station to go to nearby cingue terre and Porto venere. A cafe right around the corner, a farmers market two blocks away, and many restaurants close by. The bathroom was very nice in our room, and we had a mini fridge and a kettle!

The key was left in a minibox with a code at the front door. Fast communication with the owner via internet. Small apartment, but with a pleasant rustic maritime design, equipped with necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

The hosts were friendly and easy to work with and we had a great stay. Enjoyed Pisa by train one day and the ferry boat to Cinque Terre another day. I was pleasantly surprised by what La Spezia had to offer as well, a nice town with good restaurants!

The food was so far the best we have had in Italy and was always fresh. The view from the room is amazing and the beds super comfortable.
