The staff is very well chosen and trained, and every single one of them is extremely friendly, courteous, and they always greet you with a big smile. Spotless! Congratulations.

They send us a cake and a bottle of proseco to our room for my wife's birthday. Also in the restaurant they offered us a cake and proseco. The location is great, the rooms comfortable, the terrace very nice. Also the staff were very nice and helpful.

The 5-star 138 Liberdade Hotel has a décor with contemporary art pieces, along with vintage details. Everything was great from the staff being so friendly, the room and facilities being so clean, parking & breakfast included in the price, etc. We had a wonderful experience overall. We actually had booked a different hotel for our second stay in Lisbon (after going down to the algarves) but after staying in this hotel on our first night, we cancelled the other one and booked here for the 2nd night in Lisbon!

The staff in the hotel is super attentive and is helpful with any suggestions you may need. It has a great rooftop for incredible morning and sunset views. Ricardo, Ines, Isabel, and Francisco were some of the incredible staff that made me feel at ease with any and every request. The housekeeping staff is great they even had a turn down routine where they refill the water, leave chocolates, close your shades and prepare the room for the night. The hotel is really clean and modern with big showers. I could not recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to stay here again.
