We loved it here! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. There were daily activities to participate in and the facilities were awesome. We will definitely come back here again :)

It’s so wonderful to have met such a beautiful soul in the heart of Phuket Island. Upon check-in, we already knew that we would be in excellent hands. Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience. It’s safe to say, we've made a new friend in each other. Again, thank you so much for everything and daghang salamat, Khun Oy!!
PS. She’s also a Miss Universe fan.

The swimming pool at the resort was amazing. The biggest I've ever been in and not crowded at all.
The beach had quite dumpy waves that were unsafe for swimming with the 4&6 years old kids we had. The pool was much safer

Mai Khao is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful beaches and clear waters. It is a very quiet area but just what our family needed after the hustle and bustle of the Patong Beach area. We stayed at the JW Marriott for 3 nights.

The only part of the beach that was crowded was the beach near the airport. Otherwise, it was a nice and quiet beach. You can walk a long way on it. It doesn't have white, soft sand but the water was clear and there were no jelly fish.

I have previously stayed at this hotel back in 2019.
I have previously stayed at this hotel back in 2019. Although some parts of the exterior are looking a little bit like a lick of paint and a clean up would help, overall I am very impressed with the stay here. Great room, great staff and fantastic pools to enjoy…
The local beach suffers a bit from washed up plastic and wooden waste, but it’s a great place to enjoy nonetheless.

Massive rooms with nice semi private pool and easy access to main pool. Rooms were well appointed wit large beds, great showers and a bathtub with a view (you’ll need to have the blinds closed before getting in though). They even offered bicycles for getting around the resort and local area.

Perfect location for 1-2 nights to be near Phuket airport.
Perfect location for 1-2 nights to be near Phuket airport. Staff very friendly.
Easy access to local restaurants.
Rooms well furnished and very clean.
Just not ‘pretty’ from outside as large brown block of rooms.
Had the best stay at Melia Phuket. The staff were lovely and very welcoming, the place was nice and quiet and the villas were adequately spaced out. The hotel is relatively new so everything was kept in pristine condition. The room is extremely spacious and feels luxurious. All in all a great stay and I would definitely visit again.
Great hotel with park! Must be booked if you are traveling with kids (they were exited with water park).
Very good rooms (I've stayed in huge 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 4th floor).
I have stayed for 2 nights in the end of vacation because hotel is close to airport. 2-3 nights are more than enough in park with kids.
The facility is fabulous. Everything you think of for you and your family is available. The Staff at the desktop, restaurant and kids area are outstanding, they are very supportive and cooperative. Big thanks to all of them.
It’s my favorite resort in Phuket. I definitely will stay in the same resort next time.
Breakfast is the best amongst any other 5-star hotel in Mai Kao Beach area for sure. The quality is really high enough to satisfy from baby to senior adult. In addition, they have so many pools, more than, 6 pool in the hotel site. Beach access is so convenient. No hotel can beat this premise in the same area.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful 😍 we had a room with pool access its so worth the extra few bob the room was huge , and the bathroom was excellent
. Geckos frogs butterflies. All roaming thru the bushes. Very tranquil place.. busy at breakfast but quiet the the rest of time. I will come back again
The location was great, right on Mai Khao beach. We had 'Villa 1' which had an amazing, uninterrupted view of the sea. The area and beach were quiet and never got too busy.
The hot water in the shower was a nice surprise.
The aircon was effective (but unfortunately noisy at night).
Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Probably one of the best stretches of beach I’ve seen in Phuket. Rooms were very clean, and trendy. Perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, away from the party side to Phuket. Would definitely recommend.
it’s such a very good place for long stay short stay , the food are amazing because who running the place they are chefs ,its clean and neat and near to the most spectacular beach in whole Phuket. don’t skip it
There was no breakfast which we did not expect. And no place to have breakfast in the resort. So we had to go and find another hotel. The location was really beautiful.
