The views from the balconies are incredible-you are right above the town, can see everything, and surrounded by green hills and sea views.
Whitney the concierge/building manager was very often on site to help with questions and taxi bookings, and was really helpful.
The plunge pool was so appreciated by us as a family-after walking up the hill or spending the day doing activities it was just perfect. There was also a tree full of hummingbirds right opposite!
The bedrooms are spacious with very comfy big beds, large sofa bed(s) and great air conditioning. We fit two adults and two kids easily. Nice big walk in shower too. There was access to Netflix as well as a Bose speaker.
The location is great, a short walk (1km) to the hummingbird beach (very nice, and good snorkelling), the town centre, the big supermarket and even the diamond gardens. Soufrière itself is a great place to stay, so many things to do!
We are located 1.6 miles away from Soufriere Town central in the community of Fond St Jacques.17 miles from Hewanoŕra International Airport.

Everything was very nice, clean and we had all we needed. The hosts were very helpful, gave us tips for local restaurants and places to visit. They also let stay after checkout time so we didn’t have to store all our stuff in car before going to the airport.
The swimming pool area was very nice:)
Boasting inner courtyard views, Diamondview offers accommodation with patio, around less than 1 km from Soufriere Beach. This 4-star apartment offers full-day security and bicycle parking.

Good location in Soufrière. Lovely garden space with all the best opportunities to eating and socializing in that space. A/C available if used sensibly at a good price. Most charming host who was always available to give good advice and ideas.

Soufriere is a weird kind of place, it looks sad and it was a place where we didn't feel safe, lots of men sitting around offering you stuff, we only found 1 restaurant half decent (where we ate at twice and the food was lovely, don't remember the name but it's close to the dock and it looks like it's where tour guides take tourists to), lots of drunk people on the street too.
I understand why people go to St Lucia and just stay at their resorts, this area is not yet prepared to receive tourists who like to explore.
The beaches nearby are nice but Sugar Beach is ridiculous, yes, it is beautiful but it is absurd that a 5 star hotel takes up the whole beach.
I'm glad we only spent 1 night here and the rest of the holiday in Rodney Bay, where there are more restaurants and lovely beaches. Much better infra-structure for tourism.

Great place for a base to St Lucia, as the most interesting places to visit are near here. There are a lot of locals that hang out in the city which makes it congested but they are very friendly, and all the people in the shops were friendly as well. The beach in the city is decent, and free, whereas the nearby resort ones are very nice but cost $$. I would base here again. Driving the road north is something you'll want to do only once due to how long it takes and the aggressive drivers, so plan accordingly!! :)

The resorts are great, it’s close to many adventures and sights… but in all my years of travel I’ve never been so hounded by peddlers. There were a few times we felt unsafe and were yelled at for not buying something. We

Soufriere is a must for anyone who visits St Lucia; there are the Pitons, the sulphur springs, Diamond baths and waterfalls and the botanical gardens and more. The locals are kind, polite, you are never hassled. The food is good and lots of good walks, transport is good. A good place to chill, walk or take a boat ride to the left Anse Chastanet or to the right to Sugar Beach.

We hiked the Gros piton trail- strenuous but rewarding although they wouldn’t let us see the second viewpoint at the peak of petit piton which was disappointing. We also liked the diamond falls botanical garden- small but beautiful. Fun town with some good restaurants- we ate at the hummingbird restaurant which was excellent.
The location and views are amazing. The infinity pool looks over the Pitons and the pretty town of Sufriere. Very laid back, nice sunsets, great pools with almost no one there. The only improvement I would recommend is they need more lounge chairs because there's only a few for each pool. However, we were quite often the only ones at the pools. I would recommend this place to anyone, as it's in the heart of all of the best things to do in St lucia. Restaurant was great too. We loved it
The host, Arletta, is fabulous, attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The apartment is clean and well equipped - there is a towel for every occasion, including the mud baths! Arletta arranged airport pickup from Marcellus, a local driver, who also took us to various local sites - if you don’t bring a car to Soufrière, I would definitely recommend having Marcellus number on WhatsApp. We had a super week and would definitely recommend this place as lovely and great value for money!
The view is absolutely stunning - one of the best in Soufriere in my opinion. We loved the pool area and being surrounded by nature (without mosquitos!). The room was clean and comfortable, with a great balcony - perfect for coffee in the morning and working out. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and dinners - it's well equipped (kettle, toaster, microwave, stove). We recommend the nearby Treetop restaurant (5 min walk from Samfi) for excellent Indian food.
Good wifi, good AC
If you want to stay in a beautiful, comfortable resort AND experience local St. Lucian culture, I can’t imagine a better place to stay. The restaurant, bar, and all the rooms feature an incredible view of Soufriere Bay and Petit Piton. Between the layout and architecture of the buildings and the paths connecting them and the giant mango trees it feels like you’re staying in the Swiss Family Treehouse.
Amazon Villas was a beautiful place to stay! Our host Conrad was so friendly and kind, also a wealth of information about the area. The neighborhood was peaceful except for the occasional dog barking which is typical for many areas in
St Lucia. We loved the pool area and had it to ourselves everytime. Very clean, no complaints. Would definitely stay there again!
Beautiful views from the lovely private balcony over Soufriere and to Petit Piton! Nice size room with big patio doors to the balcony and a separate kitchen with all the essentials. Very helpful hosts who helped arrange pre-flight COVID test and taxi. Just 10-15 minute walk to Soufriere and a small beach. Also parking available right outside.
The property is stunning. Such a beautiful location with a beautiful hotel complex built on it.
We went on honeymoon and had the most amazing time. the hotel have an incredibly high level of customer care and service and the staff from the bag handlers to the butlers are exceptional.
i couldn’t recommend this property enough.
Excellent location 10 minutes walk from Soufriere beach and centre but very quiet with garden growing tropical fruits and peaceful mountain view from valley botttom. Adequate kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed. Cisco is a great host. Excellent value.. Big ceiling fans so the new air con unit in the living room is rarely needed.
Wonderful nature! Quiet, yet with amazing sounds of nature. Lovley helpful staff. The chocolate tour is fun and their chocolate tastes divine, better than Hotel Chocolate.
Spacious 2 bed cottage with good kitchen. Great restaurant and cocktails.
Maintenance was very responsive to help us with stuck doors and windows.
We loved our stay at Hotel Chocolat. The rooms are breathtaking, the people super friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. When you are staying at Hotel Chocolat you must do the Sunset Cruise with Captain Cream. It was our favorite experience from 1 moth travel in the Caribbean. Can't wait to go back someday.
Soufriere is a good option on St Lucia, especially for the Pitons. Frenz well located a short walk to beach or supermarket. Apartment had everything I needed and was large and comfortable with a small terrace. Very friendly and responsive communication. Happy to recommend.
This boutique hotel was perfect for our stay in Soufriere. It's located very close to the beach and a short walk to downtown restaurants. The cleaner, Sylvia welcomed us when we arrived and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall a lovely place to stay.
clean and comfortable, nice rainforest location, a little out of the way of the beaten truck, you need a car specially to go to soufriere for dinner etc. might be a bit difficult to find , close to all excursions that you might want to do in the south.
right in the centre of Soufriere so a good base to go anywhere. this is a no frills hotel and, as long as you come with that expectation, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it here. fyi - most places in Soufriere stop serving food by 5/6pm!
The location was amazing. Close walk to the beach, downtown Soufriere, restaurants, and grocery stores. Valery was a fantastic and thoughtful host. Favorite part was the herb garden and being able to sit out on the front patio.
Great location 2 min"s to the beach, fantastic scenery, in the heart of the town of Soufriere.
Lots of places to eat. Apartment very clean
