Giorgio the host was communicative and patient. Everything was communicated online and there were no problems.
You get exactly what you see on the pictures and it is great to know that you are booking a reliable property. The place is comfortable, it has heating and that is a great plus if it is unusually cold during your traveling season. Also equipped with things you may need like dishes, hairdryer, fridge and other small stuff. There is plenty of space to unpack and it feels very safe.
On first glance it may seem that location is slightly remote, but once you get there, you are close to public transportation and you can get anywhere around in Bergamo. Big logistics plus.
Realistically, the place is between 8 and 9 so 8.5 , but i picked 8 since i was slightly annoyed with finding warm water on the shower

Wintergarden was very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing, worth every penny. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport, which is only about 1/2 mile away. The hotel interior is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and it has an indoor pool. A very nice place to stay. And most of the staff spoke at least a fair amount of English, which was helpful since my Italian isn't very good yet. I would definitely stay here again.KimUnited States - 10Scored 10

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.

It is easily to find and about 20 min walking from the airport. The host can arrange a shuttle for you if you want. He is very calm, welcomes you to show the house. Breakfast is included and has: bread, jam, butter, nutella, some packed croissants, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk. The coffee was great, prepared in the moka. The bathroom is shared, but everything is very clean. So this is the best choice for tranzit.Teodora MariaRomania

Spacious and clean rooms, the bed is large and comfortable, the area is well-kept and beautiful and there is a large underground parking lot. The location is close to Bergamo airport, and there is a shuttle from the hotel for €5 per passenger. All the hotel staff we met were professional and friendly including the reception, the dining room and the shuttle driver. Varied and rich breakfast and everything is fresh and delicious. We will be back there again soon

The walk from Orio al Serio airport was straight forward. My sister and I did this walk at 11am and 3am the next morning. The path was well lit and we felt safe. The hotel is attached to a very welcoming and accommodation restaurant that is also reasonably priced! The staff communicated with us very well despite my sister and I not knowing a lick of Italian. I recommend staying at this hotel!

It is hotel that is very ok for one sleep in order to get an early flight. Very clean as well and super easy access to the airport.
