Restaurant is expensive but both service and food were great. The personal at the restaurant was really helpful to find the best plate and a great wine.

Overall a pleasant stay.
Overall a pleasant stay. Good size room, bed a little hard for me, but that's just a personal preference. Electrical sockets in the room need some attention, most were half hanging off, quite dangerous, also the fridge was very noisy. That said, the room was clean and tidy.

The room is a very nice size, TV is big and brilliant too, has youtube, netflix (already logged in) disney+, amazon prime plus others. Nice decor, lovely and cool. Could smell how clean it was as soon as I walked in the room after 2am. Lighting was very good too. Bathroom was ok, the shower head needs descaling tho as has build up of limescale, but the toiletries provided was great. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub but unfortunately didn't get to use the sauna. Wonderful location too, great supermarkets around and a subway and fast food places too and just a short taxi ride to the canada and USA border which was an honour to go and visit, and then visited the beach not far from there after too. Will definitely stay here again. A+++

Very unfriendly and rude staff, do not seem to care about their clients or customer satisfaction. Room temperature was 67f , cold for elderly patrons and they said they could not change that. No hot water for shower in the morning and they were upset we complained. My mother had a bad fall outside the main door and was bleeding . It was a big deal for the front desk to bring her some first aid basics and they yelled at me for asking. I have often stayed at Holiday Inns, Stayed at the downtown location personally the night before. Excellent service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

This is a review of the airport, not the region of Dorval.
This is a review of the airport, not the region of Dorval.
The dining options in the airport are quite limited, and once you are upstairs and pass into the 'international' zone, you CANNOT go backwards to where the better restaurants are. The food is seriously expensive throughout, even for an airport :)

Convenient for airport, train and buses to the downtown.
Convenient for airport, train and buses to the downtown. Close to the water where there are lots of green spaces. Good places to eat and drink. You can cycle along the river or jog . You can get to many shopping centres by public transport and also the towns around dorval. Lovely restaurants in close by st Anne de Bellevue, pointe Claire, etc.
It's near the airport and cheaper than most of the other options around Dorval though you're still paying more than you would downtown and there's very little reason to stay out there unless you've got a 24 hour layover or are visiting family who don't have room. The rooms themselves are absolutely massive though quite tired (though not being remodeled since probably the 70s means there is a bathtub which is kinda unique these days), as are the beds, but the check in clerk seemed friendly.
The young women working the desk at 11:30 pm on a Monday night went out of her way to figure out a restaurant we could get food delivered from after a long day of traveling. She was so pleasant and gave us warm cookies as well. The morning staff seemed just as helpful. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, free airport shuttle.. It doesn't get much better for a airport hotel.
For a 1 night stay stay arriving late and leaving the next day, this does the trick.
It's a dated hotel but the cheapest near to the airport.
Shuttle was slow to pick up on arrival. Give them half an hour notice at least
Breakfast was good enough.
Noisy AC but bathrooms were clean.
Very close to the airport and the shuttle was punctual. Bed and pillows were comfortable, lots of hot water in the newly renovated bathroom. Linens were great. I didn't try the available breakfast quick items but chose to have a hot breakfast at a hotel across the street.
Close proximity to the airport and the hotel provided free airport shuttle service - very convenient. Just what we needed for an overnight stop over at Montreal. Onsite restaurant is convenient. Nice and clean rooms. Staff members were courteous.
Pleasant accommodations near YUL. Timely shuttle pickup at the airport and back to the airport from the hotel. Delighted with our dinner at the hotel which was great quality and open until 10 pm. Room was large, clean and comfortable.
Close to the airport. Parking was available for a fee for an extended time. Rooms were fine. The hotel is a little dated, but adequate. An excellent restaurant is nearby - 5 minutes walking distance.
Being close to the airport, we used this hotel as a starting point for a national park tour in Quebec and Ontario. For this, the location is good, big parking space, comfortable rooms, even a pool.
Hotel was in good repair and quiet. Front desk personell always helpful. Clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and was a variety of offerings.
The hotel was a short distance from the airport and they were happy to change our room when the first smelled too strongly of smoke. The shower was fine with some amenities.
Two bedroom apartment for less than the price of a hotel room. New ac units kept the place cool. Big windows. Super convenient to the airport and shopping.
