Great location, spacious, quiet and clean villa. The host is very welcoming, kind and excellent in communication. Addes bonus: traditional breakfast freshly cooked by Fatima and served on the most lovely terrace. We truly enjoyed staying in this hidden gem and we will definitely come again!

A recently renovated property, El Sama' family house Rooftop 80m2 is set in Chefchaouene near Kasba, Outa El Hammam Square and Mohammed 5 Square. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Located in the Old Town district, the villa is within 1.8 km of Khandak Semmar. Communications with both Raphaël and Ibrahim were excellent. We were directed to the closest parking and welcomed there on our arrival. For a small cost, a lovely Moroccan breakfast was prepared for us. The apartment is perfectly located within an easy walk of the shopping and restaurant area. We were two couples so each bedroom having an ensuite was perfect. The rest of the apartment is also very comfortable, including a table and chairs on the terrace for playing cards and/or having dinner and watching the sunset. For those who enjoy a tipple, we can highly recommend Bar Oum Rabie, which also serves excellent food.

Nicely design Riad at the center of Chefchaouen old city. The host, Ayoub, was very helpful from the beginning to the end. If you're coming by car, parking places are outside the old city area and there is a bit of walk to the house. The house has 2 terraces, both with beautiful views of the city. The beds were comfortable as well. Overall this is one place, I can give 10 starts without hesitation. To walk inside the old city, pin the location of the house to gmaps and it will guide to find the house easily. Else it can be a difficult task :)

With mountain views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Mohammed 5 Square. Samir’s communication was great! He was very helpful throughout the stay. We made a mistake and forgot our keys inside, and he got us help immediately despite not being in Chefchaouen himself. The house is great on its own too. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the old town.
