He organized a walking tour of the island and village, which was fascinating. He can also arrange transportation to Mombasa at a very attractive price. George arranged home-cooked meals by a woman from the village, which were delicious. There are no cars on the island, and it maintains its quiet beauty, and one can walk around the area and meet some friendly people. The island's people have managed to preserve their heritage, and you can learn about their traditions, daily life, language, and traditional coastal seafood. A unique experience away from mass tourism. I highly recommend it.

The house is spacious, clean, very comfortable, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the host is kind and helpfull, the stuff, Margaret and Anthony, as well, they take care very well, the meals are delicious. The privacy of the guests is respected. The pool is well maintained and it is pleasure to sit in the garden, enjoy the vieuw and sound of the ocean, swimming in the sea. The beach is 3 steps from the garden, covered a lot with leaves from mangroves but clean. The ocean is most of the day ebbing which gives possibility to "walk" in the see and enjoy on different way. When there was high tide, the water was warm and it was possible to stay hours there. It was one of the best holidays in peaceful and quite place with luxury service and I would love to come back again. The photos on booking completely correspond to reality.
