Communication was easy and professional throughout, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly warm and sincere. Yakushima is now forever in our hearts, and we hope to return one day. So many outlets, great Wi-Fi, washing machine, and of course, the highlight - a private onsen! Really a wonderful stay.

The host is also very kind and communicative and even connected us with a local rental car service, which was wonderful. We wished we could stay longer!
