We’ve stayed at a lot of apartments in Italy and this is hands down the best value we’ve found. This place was beautiful, historic, spacious and so comfortable for our group of 6. The little things took this place to the next level, like 2 decent pillows on the bed per person, free espresso pods and American coffee, free cake and sparkling wine and an umbrella to use. And the most helpful and responsive host that gave us many recommendations and tips before and during our stay. The location is fantastic- right next to the arena but quiet at night.

We definitely liked the staff, very accommodating, even if we didn't get a chance to meet personally. The inside was super clean and cozy. It even had a washer and dryer at no cost. A laundromat was also a walking distance.

The air-con was a relief in the August heat and the location was just exceptional! The large window opens out onto a private historic courtyard (and NOT a street as was my initial concern). The host responded to my questions instantly, which was great.

The house is very confortable and homey, with everything you need inside. All is sparkling clean, the outside seating is drawn from a fairy tale. Perfect location for people coming to visit Venice, all you need is nearby - supermarket, pizza, bar, pastries, proximity of public transportation in order to get to Venice (the hosts will tell you everything you need to know). We went there just to have an intensive tour of Venice but would have liked to have a few more days there, that is how much we enjoyed it. And we are NOT the kind of people settling with shortcomings when it comes to travelling. I guess this should say it all...

Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. This holiday home is allergy-free and non-smoking. It was a very satisfying stay. At first I was a little disappointed that the house was a little out of the main road, but when I arrived it turned out to be one of the most comfortable houses I had ever stayed in all of my trip in Italy. Into the room, exquisite decoration, interesting ornaments, clean and tidy furnishings, immediately let me have the feeling of home. I couldn't imagine how quiet it was at night and how I could sleep through the night without being disturbed. I couldn't imagine how fresh the air was when I woke up and opened windows and the door in the morning. The room is very well equipped, although the night was very cold, the temperature outside was nearly close to 0 degrees, the interior was warm as spring. There is a washer and dryer for me to wash clothes. There is also a large kitchen with a wide range of utensils. Compared to the expensive hotels in Venice, this house is fairly worthy. The host is a very warm and patient young man. When we contacted him, he always responded quickly. A message board on the wall was filled with praise compliment from visitors coming from all over the world. I have thousands reasons to recommend his homestay to everyone.
