We booked this property with 1 hours notice because our original accommodation cancelled our booking last minute. Hong was an incredibly gracious host, accommodating a series of panicked phone calls from us as we tried to avoid sleeping at the station for the evening. He was so incredibly helpful and patient! About the property: The property is centrally located, just behind La Spezia Centrale station (literally a 2 minute walk, with only a slight incline for 10 metres). This location means it’s close enough to the centre of the town for easy access to the port (which includes the ferry to the iconic Cinque Terre), the market and plenty of restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area so it doesn’t feel like you’re fighting the crowds. The house is extremely spacious, with very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious as well. The property has a quaint courtyard, perfect for a quiet morning coffee while enjoying the view of the houses up the hill. The house is perfect for groups, and I’d imagine especially so for those travelling with young children as it’s nicely enclosed. The location makes it easy for day trips to Cinque Terre and surrounding areas, without needing to skimp on comfort.

El departamento es amplio, tiene camas cómodas y estaba limpio. En la cocina encontramos todo lo necesario y hasta unos cuantos Taps de Café, Gracias. La Ubicación esta bien, cerca al mar y a la calle donde están los restaurantes, que por la noche da gusto dar un paseo por ahí. El departamento tenia todo lo necesario.

A wonderful place in an old villa with a mini tennis court, swimming pool, wonderful sea views, and a tree-lined garden, located in the quiet and peaceful town of Sori (a 30-minute train ride from Genoa) – one of the nicest places I've ever been. The owners (Filippo and his mother, who live on the middle floor of the villa) were very friendly and helpful, with excellent communication. We felt very comfortable there and were very sad to leave.

You can spend an entire day enjoying the romance of the property! There were many beautiful flowers, ping pong and lounge chairs! At our time there, the plums were ripe and ready to pick and enjoy. Barbara met us at the train station and took us to the property when we arrived! We liked that there was a short cut with stairs and another way up with less stairs for the end of our day! The property is 5 star!
