The 3-bedroom cottages at Langahlid Cottages all have an open-plan room with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room features a flat-screen TV and DVD player. This place was incredible. Everything from the jaw dropping views to the small details, like robes in each room, was over the top. You can tell the owners have put their love into what they do. Best place we’ve stayed in Iceland.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Overall, the house possesses some continental European flair, which feels nice.

The recently renovated villa has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Each holiday home has wooden interiors and a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. A sauna, hot tub and yoga mats are also available. We saw an amazingly big and lasting Aurora borealis. Great place to catch it. It lasted so long we could hop in the jacuzzi and watch it from there. The house and the area is comfortable and cute Overall an amazing experience, all about this house is 10/10

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the lake views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We can't say enough about the cottage. We stayed for 4 nights, but would love to have stayed longer. It was so peaceful and quiet with a stunning view. The cabin itself was spacious compared to the many other cabins we have stayed in, and it was meticulously clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a grill that was easy to use. The beds were comfortable, and the bedroom had blackout shades, which are important during the summer months. Our host was very communicative and helpful. We'd absolutely stay here again.
