Tudo muito agradável e limpo. A localização é maravilhosa. sentimos o ambiente da vila, praias maravilhosas e uma costa encantadora. O problema é sair!

Holiday Home Riva Promenade tem acomodação com ar-condicionado em Split, no centro da cidade. Its right at the center! Close to the sea and walking area, close to stores and nightclubs. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming, Drago(the host) helped with everything we needed and gave us tips on where to buy stuff and where to hang out. This room had everything we needed, kitchenware, stove, shower gels, lots of clean towels, hot water all the time, washing mashing including laundry detergents. Drago even took away the garbage since no large garbage cans in the area! Exceptional hosts I recommend 10/10!

Unique, spacious, gorgeous apartment located along the waterfront gave our family (parents + 3 young adult children) a chance to spread out after traveling together for a week. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, well appointed, and convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry stop. Easy access into the unit and great communication from the hosts. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The house is well-maintained and well-equipped, and the host is very kind and easy to communicate with. I'd love to come back here again.

The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool is fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for enjoying sunny days. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept so well every night, which is so important when you’re on vacation. One of the things we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, with plenty of birds singing in the morning – it was such a lovely and calming experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great hospitality. We hope to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in this modern, clean, and well-maintained house. One of the major highlights was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made the stay extra comfortable for a group. The common areas were spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The pool was lovely, and the view from the house was absolutely stunning. The location was peaceful and just a short walk to the sea. The host was very friendly and helpful, offering great local travel tips and ensuring smooth communication throughout our stay. We visited several places and activities. Everything worked perfectly, and we truly appreciated the easy check-in and prompt responses. We will definitely return!

Great place to stay for the summer holidays with kids - great location near beach with your own swimming pool. It is 5 minute walk to Golden horn beach and to amazing promenada. Host Mr Tonci top man, always assisted us if needed with some good advices and tips for the island.
