The hosts were quick to respond when needed. There is street parking out front which was quite convenient. We walked over the chain bridge into Melrose (coffee, pubs, Melrose Abbey, groceries) which was lovely. There was coffee, tea and milk at the flat which was a nice touch & the view out to the garden so beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised to find hair dryers with diffuser attachments! Everything was comfortable and clean, 10/10.

We attended the festival and the apartment was very close to all the venues. It was clean, wide and comfortable. The kitchen was the central place to sit in and we loved it. Planning to come again!

The huge enclosed garden was mostly enjoyed by our border collies that could around it all day, but we also played some games and were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy some meals outside too. The lodge has everything you need for your stay, and the log burner on top of everything else!
