The host (JC) was extremely helpful with offering guidance and general assistance if we needed something, and it’s clear that he cares a lot for the villa and keeps it in good condition. The villa area in the resort was not crowded, so all in all a perfect alternative to the bit more chaotic and bustling all-inclusive experience.

My kids loved the pool in the garden. The location of the villa was perfect. Close to the beach and the main pool in the resort, with the access to restaurants (make sure you have a card or cash on you as they did not let us charge the food to the room) , pools, bars and entertainment. The resort is 3 km from Santa Maria village, taxis available all the time right outside the hotel (5 Euro to the village). We used a shuttle arranged by the host from the airport and called the same guy to take us back to the airport. Easy check in and check out. Very clear instructions. We really appreciated the mid stay housekeeping. I also have to mention the host of the villa- Nadine. She was very attentive, helpful, flexible and hospitable and answered always almost imidiately. A super easy and pleasent contact. Thank you Nadine! We would definitely love to come back!
