(part of the accommodation costs). 3) 2 extra adults were accommodated apart from the set number of people in the 2 bedroom unit.It was cost-effective and easy to stay together as a family. 4) The accommodation facilities were very clean and had all that were needed for. For instance, a BBQ set used for grilling. 5) The vicinity was near to a supermarket and an eatery hence quite accessible for a purchase. 6) On Christmas morning there was a Christmas package on the table outside which was a very kind gesture by the hosts, and much appreciated. 😀💟 🙏🩵💚❤️

Our stay at Vaiakura couldn’t have been better. Stayed with partner and two kids (17 & 14). The unit had everything we needed and was comfortable. And what a setting! Set right on the sand, it was a daily delight to sit on the deck and enjoy the picture postcard view. Raewyn and her son Rhett were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming and accommodating. We loved the free access to kayaks and snorkelling gear and thoroughly enjoyed the company of their three dogs and the two cats. They have created a small swimming spot out front of their property and can snorkel out the front - even better snorkelling just 150m up the beach.
