The place is really idyllic. The house perfectly married with the environment, which is a rarity. Really quiet and completely immersed in the green but close to everything. AC and fan. Some kitchen supplies. Nice patio and nice window that opens onto the terrace.

An amazing new place to stay in Koh Kood. This is an absolutely newly equipped house with everything you need for a perfect holiday—kitchen supplies, a blender for morning fruit shakes, snorkeling masks, helmets for scooter rides, and more. There is a huge pool in the backyard as well as a spacious and cozy terrace outside. It is just a 2-minute drive to the amazing Ao Taphao Beach. Highly recommend this place, looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Beautiful experience! The rooms are surrounded by greenery, clean and comfortable. The owner family welcomed us from the first moment making us feel at home and doing their utmost to provide us with the maximum support. On the last night to say goodbye they even organized a barbecue and prepared one of the best grilled fish ever along with lots of turkish delicacies! The place is facing the sea and with access to the beach, it is possible to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets thanks to its privileged position. Thanks guys, we'll be back to see you!!

Our stay at Baan Sangchan is been just perfect! Everything was amazing,great area,very quite,great hospitality from Nuk & his lovely family.I definately recommended this resort and I will come back for sure. A wonderful location right next to the pier, full of activity whenever a boat/ferry came in, and really peaceful with just the fishermen for company until the sunset, then just the colourful lights illuminating the pier, totally mesmerising.
