Very unique property in an old walled city, renovated beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked for self catering and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat close by and a fabulous bar just outside the city gates. The house is right next to a park with an amazing view of old ruins. I would recommend staying.

We had an amazing Easter here. The weather was perfect and we used the terrace daily. The views from there magnificent. The apartment is situated in the historical centre of Tuscania and it’s really one of the most beautiful old towns. Parking was right in front of the apartment and there is a washing machine. We also loved the BBQ on the terrace.

It's right on the Via Francigena that we walked. It was very clean and nice inside. The heating worked well, wi-fi was also good. Communication with the owners was fluent. There is a bar/cafe right by the apartment, that is open from early morning. Good place for breakfast.

This cute and cozy property is situated in a quiet street and very central to Viterbo. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had probably the most luxurious shower we’ve ever experienced. Another plus is the little courtyard with garden lounge swing..perfect for naps while recovering from jet lag! Would definitely recommend this property 😊

Everything! Great location within easy reach of Viterbo by either car or foot. To save time & energy we drove to one of the gates (Carmine) and parked the car for free. Just a 2 minute drive, but also walkable. The house was Peaceful, quiet & private. The accommodation was like home from home, the kitchen is very well equipped. Rosanna & Roberto are very lovely hosts and provided lots of extras (eg their own olive oil, milk, cereal, cakes, croissants etc). The accommodation is a good size. The beds are very comfortable. The heating was also appreciated (in March) but there is also air conditioning for the warmer months.
