Mom’s villa is an exceptional place that is well located in a secure, calm residential area that is close to the airport too. Large spacious house ideal for stay with families. All the facilities provided were very functional and clean. Prashant is an excellent host whose demeanour made the stay even more pleasant. Jeevan and Johnson were wonderful hosts. Happily gave us recommendations for dinner. We stayed in a beautiful room by the pool. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful! They are also The Travel Planners and put us in touch with a contact to help arrange a safari in Periyar. This worked out very well, thanks guys.

Beautiful property, very spacious for family, beautiful views. Lovely and accommodating hosts. The check-in & check-out process was very easy. Felt very safe in the property. The garden outside is beautiful for families to relax. Despite having a river flow right outside the garden, the safety measures were very good and didn't have any worries with teenagers playing around in the garden. The terrace was wonderful - had a beautiful view and very accommodating with fans, lights and bird nets to ensure nice hangout spot in the night.

We had an amazing one-day stay at this beautiful home stay! with low budget. The highlight of our stay was definitely the morning hours from 6:30 to 8:30, when the atmosphere was absolutely serene and peaceful. The super paddies and lake view were a treat to wake up to, and we felt completely rejuvenated and refreshed. The stay itself was very comfortable, and we loved the fact that it had a pool where we could relax and unwind. The entire property had a great vibe, and we felt right at home.

Located in a peaceful place, lush greenary and experience real Kerela here. 2 rooms are good for a family and you can stay with more members at a very reasonable price. The host Babu is the caretaker and owner Mr. PREMKUMAR is a very understanding and caring person. Will deffinitely book the same place.

An amazing place, the owner went out of his way to make our experience awesome. The food was absolutely out of this world. The Ayurveda massage was in the same building, very professional and well priced. The owner even offered his own car to drive us to the next destination. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Rooms are large and clean. The pool area was also beautiful, with a good-sized pool and perfect water temperature. Everything was 10/10. Would I return? - Absolutely, anytime without hesitation.
