Villa Anke surpassed our expectations for our first family holiday in Croatia. The location is fantastic—peaceful and private, giving you the feeling of having the area all to yourself. The villa itself is spacious inside and out, beautifully decorated with AC in every room, and features a fully equipped kitchen. The large, enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and made outdoor living easy. We loved using the stone-built grill for BBQs, and the pool was a hit with the whole family, especially with the pool house stocked with floats, towels, bluetooth speakers, and sun loungers. Our host was incredibly generous, from the local wine to letting us enjoy fresh tomatoes and courgettes from the vegetable garden. They were also extremely attentive, always available to answer our questions and quick to respond before, during, and after our stay.

Extraordinary stone house in ethno eco village, with great genius loci! Perfect for couples or families that want to get away from crowdy, touristy places, but still about 2-5 min drive to the beach. The house is perfectly perfectly clean, equipped to every detail, including washing machine and air con. Kitchen does contain everything you need, just like as yours at home - from spoon to spices to prepare your food. Marija and her husband are the most loving and caring hosts we ever met and gave us recommendations to several places to visit. Marija bakes super delicious bread. Great restaurant nearby (about 100m) from the house, super delicious local food! we enjoyed our stay soooo much and enjoyed little talks with our hosts. This place is a must to stay at when visiting Croatia.

The location was great, superb views of the coastline and the dramatic rocky mountain face behind the house. The house is maintained to the highest standard, the open plan living areas works well for a family holiday. We hired a car and found the drive to Baska Voda easy. We think this is a great area to stay as the town, beaches and seafront is so well maintained, with many great restaurants to eat at - especially Carlos who's food was a very high standard. I enjoyed a few too many of the owners homemade apple schnaps on the last night - thank you Sasha, along with our conversation together with you and your lovely wife!

Amazing place! Beautiful spcious apartment ever well equipped. Very peaceful and quiet. Incredibly nice host. We communicated very well even without speaking any common language ;) And a beautiful surprise: in the morning we found a bowl with delicious grapes and cherry tomatoes from the garden. Thank you!

Luxurious, modern apartment. Free parking along the road and even a secured underground garage. Clear view at the sea from the balcony and even from the living room. Really well equipped kitchen. Every room has a separate air conditioner. It is just like as in the pictures. The apartment is on the top, 4th floor. Really helpful and good owner. Worth every penny.

The host was amazing - greeted us so warmly, had some food set out for us, and was so lovely and helpful. The pool was perfect - spectacular view with sun beds and umbrella. The Villa was spacious, modern, and clean with fantastic facilities. We especially loved the coffee machine and ice making machine. Once set up, didn't need to leave!

    What an AMAZING place!! Absolutely beautiful. Luxuriously furnished property with all facilities, loads of space, lovely swimming pool (unheated, but not cold at all). Great separate games room, we spent evenings playing darts & table football. A really lovely, welcoming hostess - couldn't ask for anything more. If you're travelling by car and don't mind being somewhere a little quieter, don't hesitate to get this place if it's available. Shops are a short drive away, as is a lovely beach.

    The place is absolutely unique. The magnificent view, the quietness, the perfect heated pool, the interesting architecture, the wonderful interior finishes, the perfect furnishings - what you can't think of is there, even including the little things. It is extremely rare to find a place like this where luxury (but not rubbishy glamour), style in the literal sense of the word (not the kitsch often referred to as style) and comfort combine to create an almost iddylic environment.

    We were there in 3 families. Apartments, swimming pool, veranda, minigolf, darts, grill, coffee, wines, service at the highest level. Location is great! 15min to the Sea. Baska Voda, Makarska, Omis (30min). Luciana is a wonderfull person! She take care of us in many aspects. We had a wonderful holiadys there (10 days in total). 100% we recommend Villa Sagosde and definately we will back there in the future one more time!     Magic place! We were looking for a place there nobody disturbs you, no noise, there you can just relax and enjoy the view. Villa Melita ticks all the boxes. Beautifull place in the alley, between mountains. Ivan & Melita did more than You can expect. Fantastic holidays!
