We liked pretty much everything about the inside and the outside. The outside view is amazing, the terrace is nice and the village itself is interesting and it offers more great views on the see, city and the nearby mountains. We liked the style of the interior, there is every equipment which you need on a vacation. The place is nice and clean, the owner provided us coffee capsules and shampoo / shower gel. We were welcomed with delicioius traditional pastry. The owner was all the time available and ready to help us out with anything. He took us by car to the city when we were leaving. And he even gave us home made traditional pastry for our journey and Cretan suveniers. We were absolutely satisfied and I can only recommend you a stay there, because of the place itself and especially due to the approach of the owner.

The location was absolutely excellent—quiet, serene, and incredibly peaceful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a perfect oasis for relaxation. The surroundings felt calm and rejuvenating, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The room was spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff added a personal touch to our stay. All in all, a delightful experience—I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking both tranquility and convenience.

The last week of April we stayed with the whole family (7 persons) in the Velvet Breeze Villa in Stavromenos. It was a great experiens. A marvellous house, a splendid garden, a lovely swimmingpool and a amazing vieuw.     Simply perfect. From booking to check-out, everything was excellent. Communication with the owner was quick, very easy, and straightforward throughout the entire vacation. They made every effort to ensure we had a great time. And we definately had a great time. The villa is in beautiful condition and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It has everything you need and leaves nothing to be desired. This is definitely the perfect place to go on vacation.

    This was our very first stay in Skaleta, and we could not have been happier about our choice, Asea Villa was even more beautiful than we could have imagined! The villa is in excellent condition & our hosts were just wonderful making us feel right at home! We have travelled a lot around Greece, but this impeccable location right in front of the beach is one of a kind!

    We loved it! Birds chirping all day, the villas were the perfect and most relaxing place to be! We wouldn't leave the pool until very late at night! The beds were extremely comfortable for all of us! Easy check in and out procedure!

    The villa was so comfortable, giving everyone the chance to be together and apart at the same time! We rented the place to avoid the bursting sounds of the city and that was the best decision! Among orange and lemon trees (the owners advised that we can have some fruits from the trees), we never left the villa, and we spend family time with board games by the pool!

    The villa is amazing. Floorplan makes it feel much bigger. Clean, modern and minimalistic. This is a place where you could stay for extended periods of time. The kindness and hospitality of the owner is overwhelming. 11/10

    It's a beautiful, luxury villa with more than enough facilities to keep a family of 9 occupied for the week. We were greeted on arrival, and given lovely gifts on departure which were very much appreciated. The cleaning staff were also fantastic. As it rained for almost half of our stay, the pool table on the lower ground floor was a big hit, as was the under-cover hot tub.
