We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. The property features a large swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a spacious garden – everything you need to unwind and enjoy your time. The house itself is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool is cleaned regularly, and if you need the house cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged without any extra cost. Both the house and the pool are cleaned regularly and free of charge, which is a big plus. Inside, you’ll find everything you could possibly need: a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, iron, oven, induction hob, a large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, and a kettle. Everything was in great working condition. It’s truly an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, and we would happily come back. The owner is an absolutely wonderful person – always available, very caring, and truly makes sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. For us, everything was 10/10!

Absolute perfection. Having stayed at a number of great places in North Zakynthos in the last 3 years nowhere comes close. Stunning new villas with the most incredible view. Being higher up in the mountains the vantage point is simply stunning - topped off with a huge infinity pool. Wake up early and watch the sunrise! The outside terrace space is huge with a clay pizza oven and a separate bbq. I messaged our host Giota asking for wood for the pizza oven and it was delivered within an hour. Inside the villa is super stylish, with everything you could possibly need - a smart TV, Comfy sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, super comfy beds, Nespresso machine, electric blinds etc We went with our 15 month old and had a great cot / high chair delivered. It's a 15 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos with loads of great restaurants, and the same time to some little beaches we found off the tourist maps (Agriosikia / Climati). 5 minutes away is Volimes with a number of restaurants, bakery, mini mart etc. It's honestly perfection. Well done for creating such a special place! And thanks Giota - a great host!

After we arrived, we couldn't believe our eyes, the apartment was fantastic! The owner is a lovely lady and she was truly generous, even if we have accommodation without food. Despite the rooms being clean and towels being changed 3 times per our stay, the cleaning lady came to our place in the middle of the week. The most we enjoyed was the infinity pool and the azure sea with a private beach (after small stones there is smooth sand). Next to the beach is a small stand with snacks and drinks. Vila is situated on the north-east coast a little far from the tourist centre, so we slept calmly every night. Nearby is the town Alykes, so we went there if we looked for fun. We would recommend borrowing a car or scooter to see the most from the island, however, every time we came excited back to the villa and enjoyed the luxury around.

It is in a secluded and isolated area, the quietness is qute remarkable. It overlooks a bay in the distance, with the moon shining over it at night (at least when we were there). The place is decorated in a quircky manner and is simply wonderful. Olive trees shade the garden.

The apparment was incredible, with a beautiful view and plenty of space for our group. We were in march so there was no commotion due to the tourist off-season. The owners are extremely friendly and forth coming. I would definitely recommend visiting here!

3rd visit in as many years and booked again for 2024. The location of the villas is central for restaurants, beach and bars. The cleanliness standards are high and the gardens and landscaping are well maintained. Angela the host is easy to deal with and responds quickly to emails or concerns which is a great service.

Magnificent experience at a conveniently located hotel, close to the city and to the sea but away from traffic and noise. It was a perfect choice for us, as we are fond of privacy and quiet environment to relax on our vacation. The hotel is built on a small hill, with respect to the environment and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Each villa has its own large pool and a nice secluded garden ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. There is barbecue capability for those that want to cook their own dinner. The villas are fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee machine, TVs, hair dryer, iron and even a washing machine. They are thoroughly cleaned daily and staff was very polite, friendly and accommodated all our requests. We visited the restaurant and had cocktails, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing sea view. The food was excellent, the chef prepares Greek and Mediterranean dishes with a modern touch and an international flavor. We were very pleased by our choice and we will definitely visit again.

    It's an oasis far away from the tourist crowds, we really loved our stay there. The garden is very spacious, and the private pool is just a bliss. Nikos was very helpful and always available when we needed anything. The outside verandas for dining or just relaxing are ingenious! Overall this villa made our vacation on Zakynthos very memorable.

    The villa was amazing! Beautiful, comfortable and the outside kitchen made it superfun and chill to cook. Can't overstate how nice it is. Super fun with your own minigolf course. No nearby neighbors, and a view from the pool. The host and staff were super accommodating. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

    The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. The house itself is kept very clean and comfortable. The pool is cleaned every day. There is a small shop in the village and the locals are very nice. Larger shops are easy to reach with a rental car, e.g. in Alykes. Generally, a rental car is very helpful in the area, which is a nice quiet spot in the mountains.

    Villa is in a beautiful village tucked away in the north of the island. Rooms were of good size, outdoor areas were large and comfortable and the pitch n putt course was an added bonus. All the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There are some amazing tavernas within a short walk
