We loved our stay at this farmhouse. It was very comfortable, warm, spacious with good beds, bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. The farm is situated between Grantown and Nethy Bridge. The location was ideal, it was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside, and is close to the Speyside Way walking track.

Two separate bedrooms and two washrooms. Nice and full equipped kitchen. You have everything you need and they are not the old staff dumped from other kitchens. The beds and the quilts are comfortable. Separate entrance. This is the best one among the 9 locations we lived in UK during this trip.

    Fabulous location up Dell Road at the back of the village just a 15 minute stroll from the village centre and shop either down the road or better still along the river side path. Dell woods, part of the Abernathy forest are right at the property boundary with some fabulous walks in them. The lounge are is fantastic as is the kitchen layout and with 4 bedrooms (2 en suite) plus a further communal bathroom there is plenty of space for large families. The gar£en is large and great for relaxing in or perhaps running about with the little ones!
