Absolutely beautiful stay in Edinburgh! This 4-bedroom villa in Morningside was everything we hoped for and more. Each room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with high-end finishes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire space felt like a luxury retreat. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for our group — modern, fully equipped, and ideal for relaxing or entertaining. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. The location is fantastic — tucked away in a quiet residential area The host was professional, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this property for families, groups, or anyone looking for a premium Edinburgh experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The cottage was lovely inside and out and in a lovely location. The woodland walks were great and both or dogs loved their stay so much they did not want to leave. Our hosts were there right away to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much trouble…

This home is absolutely stunning, a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Paula was lovely to communicate with and any instructions were clear and easy to follow. The master bedroom is an absolute delight with the comfiest bed and lovely en suite with both bath & shower. Everyone slept well and felt completely relaxed in this beautiful home. Proximity into the city was great, a short ride on the bus which stops a couple of minutes walk from the house and runs every 12 minutes! Supermarkets within 5 mins and the restaurant literally on thr doorstep was really good. Would absolutely love to stay here again

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is a beautiful place decorated with such a good taste, super clean and always smelling good. It is provided with everything you could need during your stay and cook some meals. Our host was very flexible with our arrival time and also had very nice welcoming details such as fresh flowers and yummy treats for the whole family. We were delighted to enjoy the visit of a deer into the garden. Speechless! Definitely a nice experience and I would highly recommend this stay. Thank you Julie!

This was the most amazing experience ever and the Staff are fantastic! Highly recommend! 10 stars! The room, the bed is beautiful, the sitting room makes you feel like royalty, the view, the hidden staircases, being able to have a fire in the fireplace, the hidden kitchenette (which held some wonderful little snacks), the history, EVERYTHING! Making family back home jealous….priceless! Thank you to the staff and owners for sharing such a magnificent part of history! We will be forever grateful that we were able to experience Neidpath Castle.
