We had a great stay at the house in Tørshavn. It is a very spacious house, we all had our own bedroom and everything we needed was there. Is it a bit rustic? Yes, but that fits the age of the house. Restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. We highly recommend this place to stay while you are in the Faroes. Thanks, Barbara for you hospitality!

If You look for real Faroe-feeling and views 24/7, this place is definitely to be recommended. Plus add-ons - sauna and hot-tub, this exceeded expectations. Aside comfy accommodations there was fully equipped kitchen with all small possible stuff needed. Extra bonus was the proximity to hiking trails.

Absolutely loved the Cottage. Went there alone for a week and really enjoyed the quiet and tranquil location. Check- in and check- out went easy and without any problems. The communication with the host was also unproblematic and he made sure to give me all the information I needed. The cottage itself has everything you need and includes a fully equipped kitchen and accomodates up to eight people. Also the hottub is an absolute bonus.

Wonderful house with everything we needed as a family with children. The location was perfect in relation to the ferry departure to Streymoy/Torshavn. Fine shopping opportunities a stone's throw away and a short distance to wonderful hiking routes. Super friendly host. Highly recommendable.
