The house has its own character, floor feeling slightly tilted, ceiling is low, wood everywhere. Exactly what you expect in an old frame house (Fachwerkhaus). The house is in an area with low traffic, in the middle of the city. Excellent to reach all places required for commerce easily. Even train station and supermarkets can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot. The house does not have a washing machine and dryer itself, but the owner provided an easy solution for us in another property and offered even to wash some of our clothes for us.

The home is really big an have a LOT of space and privacy! We loved the lovely living room, with big TV and comfy sofa! Big and nicely styled bedroom on the 2nd floor. Kitchen equipped with everything, full size refrigerator , stylish and lovely kitchenware . Door for lovely patio with bench to drink your coffee :) Private parking right at the entrance, easy access from the main road, Tesla supercharger 4 min drive from the home. If you're coming with a dog, down the street, 3 min walk from the home are huge fields for you and your dog for long strolls!!!
