An amazing beautiful mountain house, close to Vulcan Poás. Very comfortable beds and we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge with a fire going in the fireplace. Also loved having coffee in the rocking deck chairs on the terrace, overlooking the garden with misty mountains behind.

This is a place you have to see if you ho to Poa Area. The best accomodation we ve experienced so far in CR. It has a little Mullholland Drive feeling when you see the night come down and all these lights in the valley shine into these huge windows across the balcony. Kids didn‘t want to leave. Lovely living room, huge kitchen - this is the home of holiday.

Excellent view, the house is located on top of the village with direct access to a small plantage under the house. . We unfortunately had only a short stay so we have not used the garden much. The owner is super friendly but he speaks only Spanish, so please use Google Translator (the wifi is good).

We loved everything about this exceptional property and its picturesque cloud forest setting. The villa is modern, comfortable, and bright, situated in lovely tended gardens frequently visited by hummingbirds. A rainforest trail leads down to the river. The hosts are warm, kind, welcoming people, and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!
