Pictures are accurate, conditions are good, the house is well equipped. The owner of the property is an amazing person. We had a very good time during our stay, we even got a guide for local attractions from the owner. The Gjipe Canyon is a must do, starting from Gjipe Beach. I really recommend this property, the price is fair for what it offers, if not even better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa and I must say, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Every room is spacious, impeccably clean, with each its own bathroom and beautifully decorated. The living areas are perfect for both relaxation and entertainment, with comfortable seating and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The outdoor area is truly a highlight. Surrounding it is a beautifully landscaped garden, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded dining area where we enjoyed many meals. The apartment was great with a beautiful sea view from a big terrace, located in a brand-new villa. Raymonda and Musa were perfect hosts, welcoming and ready to help you at any time. There is no television, but we really didn't miss it.

The apartments are very clean. The owner met us, told us all the details. There is a cozy cafe nearby. There is also a spring within a radius of 1 km, where you can get drinking water for free. The views from the apartments are incredible, clean mountain air. There is no air conditioning in the apartments, but we went to the sea in the morning and returned in the evening, and in the evening, as the sun rises, the air cools down quickly and is not hot at all. We were very comfortable. If there is an opportunity, I would gladly come back here

Everything about this place is perfect . The apartment was wonderful . The host is very friendly , helpful, fast responsive and a very great person. Would come every time I will get the chance at this amazing place .

What a perfect place to stay! We were right near the beach and every morning enjoyed an amazing breakfast. The hosts were generous and lovely. I highly recommend this booking, you won't regret it!
