I spent about 8 days and Pipa and it was the perfect amount of time to settle in and learn about the town. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone. During the day I would walk everywhere and at night my accommodation had a shuttle that would bring you to and from the central area. The beaches are beautiful! Pipa is the kind of place that stays in your heart :) I travelled for a month from Maceio to Natal, seeing the most amazing beaches and more, but Pipa is something else. I want to keep going back every year if I can, and I am the kind of person that never goes back to the same destination. So... From the resort, you can walk to the major dining options and bars within ten minutes and the strip in five minutes. Cars and motorcycles share the road, but because so many people are strolling around, the motor vehicles often travel slower. Along the route, there are many stores, marketplaces, restaurants, bars, and churches. This place is quite popular with tourists, and security is very important to them. Pipa is such a relaxing place with a peaceful energy and as a European, the Brasilian people were always so helpful and friendly as there is a really nice sense of community where everyone helps each other out. The beaches are amazing and I'll miss our early morning walks to Baios dos Golfinhos before the sun got too hot. Although it's without breakfast the family is very generous. Mom and the 2 young adult kids speak Spanish and English, dad speaks Spanish, they are quiet and lovely people who made me feel part of the family. Tibau is a small and peacefull place opposite to busy crowded Pipa just a 15 min. mini-van ride away, it has enough shops, restaurants and a beautifull beach. Rooms are new, functional, comfortable, pretty, as expected. Installations are also as depicted. Location is perfect if you want to enjoy Pipa's city centre. Parking spot included in the reservation (I recommend renting a car to get to know the furthest beaches).
