From the moment I arrived, Amirul’s hospitality stood out. He was incredibly helpful and always available, promptly answering my questions and often anticipating my needs before I even voiced them. The accommodation itself was a delight—newly renovated and tastefully furnished with modern comforts that made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. While the homestay is slightly away from the city center, it’s conveniently located near a long, stunning sandy beach, which was a highlight of my visit. What truly set this experience apart was Amirul’s personal touch. He took the time to show me special spots in the city and the surrounding areas, making my trip even more memorable. In short, my stay couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained homestay with a host who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Amirul’s place. Very close, actually right next to the covered car park where we parked our car before taking a boat to Perhentian. The property has a parking area inside the gate and has privacy with screened fences between next door and us, everything was good. Bed linens, towels, air conditioning, communication with the property owner etc. We arrived at night and stayed 1 night before our boat to Perhentian, there are quite a few budget hotels in the area, but I am glad we stayed at this house making a good feel start of the holiday!
