The staffs are all very nice, warm and helpful. Leo paid extra effort to help for resolving an issue we had with the hotel dry cleaning service. Very patient, calm, and considerate. He also rode his scooter to catch us while we left for the airport to return our water bottle . The hotel has a good breakfast too.

I have booked this hotel several times but this is my very first stay near Christmas and New Year time, which is amazing. I mean there is nothing to complain about La Cascada staff and services, but this time I could literally soak up the festive atmosphere. From Hang Ma Street to the local market on the way to this hotel, local people put up so many decorative stuff for sale, and also for decoration, I guess. The whole street looked really amazing and I could immerse myself in the vibrant vibe there, which is truly the highlight of my stay. About the room I booked, the one with a railway view, which could be a bit noisy as my first thought. However, to my surprise, the noise-cancelation window worked very well, as I could barely notice a noise from outside, All in all, my stay at La Cascadea was worth every penny, and I would definitely come back here.

We were moving around Vietnam, and left some luggage at the hotel before and after our booking dates, and she made sure all was taken care of. Excellent Location, lovely rooms, comfortable beds. Bryan and staff are absolutely fantastic! Hold off booking any tours because Bryan has fantastic options for great prices and really goes above and beyond to make sure it’s a memorable experience and he will check in to make sure everything is going well! We booked our Ha Giang Loop tour and Ha Long Bay Cruise with Bryan and they were exceptional and he made sure there was a room here for us when we got back from both. Will definitely stay here time and time again if we are ever back in Hanoi. There is a laundry service available as well which is a bonus on top of everything else
