Complimentary night snacking too were provided at the reception area between 9 pm and 5 am. Steve left us a thank you note as he wasn't around while we checked out on the last day ! We are avid travellers and have stayed in multiple hotels, this was the first time we felt deeply touched while leaving a hotel, we felt like we were leaving our home ! Thank you for the experience team 🙏 We'll come back for sure.

I loved the location, it was so central and really convenient to go to areas of interest either by train or just walking. It was very near the MRT station as well when you exit. The rooms looked exactly as the photo. It was clean, the bathroom was excellent - water pressure was great. The staff were very nice, they helped us arrange an airport transfer for an early flight and it was very reasonably priced. They offer free tea and coffee. Lots of eating places nearby. They had a working television and an airconditioner that could also be a heater.

Plenty space, a full size fridge and a washing machine/dryer on the balcony. Great location very close to the MRT station. A lot of grocery stores nearby if you plan to have your own breakfast or other meals in the room. A small night market just 5 minutes walk.
