Every staff member i encountered was unbelievably kind and helpful. P.S.: The stick insects rental was a nice little surprise!

Onze Lieve Vrouwe Plein and Het Vrijthof are a 5-minute walk away. I was the 2nd time in the same room like last year, so everything was perfect as before. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
