Each time was very pleasant. I especially liked the rooms with big windows and views of the sea and boats. The SAVV is a truly quiet oasis in George Town. It's not too near the bars and restaurants that open late so you can get a good night's sleep. What I loved best is the little pool area which is surrounded by big plants and flowers and the "treehouse." I worked from there many afternoons and it was such a nice environment to work from. The staff were friendly and remembered me from my previous stays.

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. Featuring spacious suites with free Wi-Fi, it an art gallery and its own coffee museum. We loved the antique feeling of the room, was very clean and convenient to walk to malls nearby. Service was exceptional, shoutout to Judy for making us feel right at home. Cats were very cute and didn't scratch at all. Room was very unique, with wooden floors and the Nyonya feeling. Very clean and very good location. Breakfast had a great variety and service at the cafe was also good.

House is beautifully Peranakan styled and comfortable. Central location, near to all the sights. Walking distance to eateries at SriBahari. There’s a big open shower (good for pet owners). Upstairs is the open floor where all the beds is to sleep 5 persons. There’s coffee,tea and salt/pepper, pasta in the cupboard. We can also buy Peranakan ladies costume, it’s for sale in the living room, just scan the QR code. I bought one to take photos around Penang.

This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.1 km from Rainbow Skywalk at Komtar. EVERYTHING. Staff, breakfast, room size, cleanliness, location. We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra 3 nights instead of staying up the coast further. When the hotel's GM is friendly enough to come and engage you in conversation and point out sights from their 21st floor restaurant windows ( magic view ) then this attitude flows to his staff who were all friendly and very helpful. Easy to get Grab to anywhere around Georgetown, only 6 minutes to the ferry. NOT at rush hour though. We could easily walk anywhere in the old town area ( we are retired age ) and we did. The location is in the old town area and is perfectly safe to walk around at night as we went to some excellent restaurants like Kenny Hills Bakery Restaurant ( great, had lunch then went back for dinner ) Eastern & Orient Hotel for their Sunday roast and Afternoon Tea. These places are easy to walk too from the OZO Hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
