The biggest attraction of the hotel was the staff, I had interaction with the restaurant staff who were extremely polite and efficient. The most important and positive experience we had was with the reception staff (Wiam and Yasmina ) who on 2 occasions went to exceptional lengths to help us and resolve a couple of issues, they were absolutely fabulous.
