So, my comment may be different from those who stay in smaller rooms at lower floors.

寅家 Japanese modern hotel oferece vista para a montanha em Gero. Gero Station fica a 8 minutos a pé de distância. The staff welcomed us wholeheartedly and helped us with nearly everything, including our luggage, recommendations and making a reservation at a local yakiniku restaurant. The staff members spoke good English so that also helped us a lot! The private bathroom was relaxing and the room and futons were really good. The simple breakfast was smart and sufficient to us, too. The location is just a 10 minute (very slightly uphill but straight) walk from the railway station, and the Lawson conbini (24/7) is very close by if you need anything else. Definitely would recommend this place!
