Hacchobaru Power Station Museum is 9.3 km from the bed and breakfast. This was one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. This Inn was extremely clean, stylish, modern, quiet,and in a good location in the small town, with great service staff and access to 7 onsens in a beautiful garden setting with a historical feel. Kurokawa is off the beaten path for westerners but so worth it, and Noshiyu Inn seemed like one of THE top choices in town. It exceeded our expectations and we were pretty amazed by it.

Everything, not even exaggerating. Never had such a comfy bed and stay. We had trouble along the way to get there but they were extremely understanding and kind, seeing us off and even fulfilled a selfish request of mine.

Mount Aso is 7.3 km away and KK Wings is 33 km from the ryokan. This is my second time staying at Syukubo Aso. The staffs are friendly with attention to detail. We feel very comfortable. The homemade dinner and breakfast are still the best. We are amazed and enjoyed the dinner. The location is located in small local neighbourhood and is nice to take a evening walk.

The provided kaiseki for dinner and breakfast was amazing. The onsens to bath in were great for the mind and body. Compared to the the other Ryokan's, this place was far more affordable than most and didn't seem to lack anything the rest had. We loved our stay here.

Absolutely gorgeous place: a small cabin in the woods, very comfy and spacious, with a lovely indoor bath. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the dinner was abundant and excellent (the shabu-shabu beef was amazing), as well as the breakfast. We had a really lovely stay and would have loved to stay more!!

Location. Stunning view and atmosphere. Sympathy from the staff. Kudos for Shujan for his kindness and informative interaction. Amazing food experience.
