Located in the heart of Kusatsu Onsen, it provided easy access to the town centre and bus station. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed their breakfast. We stayed there 2 nights and it was different both mornings. A special highlight was being able to enjoy the onsen without any issues despite having tattoos that I can't cover.

Excellent location, close to the center and all major onsen. The view from our room was fantastic, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. I strongly recommend reaching out to the property and booking a dinner reservation. Dinner was absolutely incredible, some of the best Japanese food we've had. The lady who welcomed us was very polite and friendly, and she could speak very good English. The baths were also great with two different hot water sources and a sauna.

Free private parking is available on site and free WiFi is available in all guest rooms. Everything was great, amazing staff, delicious welcome snack and breakfast, location, room, on-site hot tub. I'll be back! :)

This hotel is close by Otaki no Yu, and reasonably walkable to the center of the village. The space was clearly remodeled recently and so the rooms are super nice, clean, and it's clear that the hotel has spent great attention to detail! I also really liked the ease of use of the onsen facilities. I have been to many japanese style inns and this was the most clean, orderly, and good working condition that I've encountered. I also thought it was nice that there are only 4 rooms here so it never felt busy or crowded. The staff were also all very kind and helpful. They made a great breakfast both days, with good variety of dishes and high quality of ingredients. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again!

The ambiance is soothing and the meals are absolutely delicious. We experienced Japanese customer care like never before. The baths are amazing with an indoor and outdoor area, and the amenities are all you could ask for.
