The staff is very welcoming and nice. It is possible to refill the drinking water, there are small treats (nice for children) at the reception, as well as drinking water with lemon. The hotel even gave one free drink at the bar. Breakfast is nice, especially the variety of sweet rolls that are baked on the spot. the coffee is very good. The hotel also has a large outdoor terrace, which can definitely be used in warmer seasons.

Great location for travel to and around Lake Garda, Verona and Venice. So pleased we didn't choose to stay closer to the Old Town as traffic there was a nightmare. This location is perfect for strolls, restaurants (although the in house restaurant was super), local shops and beaches. Couldn't fault anything and we travel a lot. Great pool, great room, super great hosts.
