The owner was SO Incredibly kind.. we arrived very last minute after the ferry to the Island we were meant to be staying at was cancelled due to the weather and she just took us under her wing and looked after us so kindly.

Hotel Danae is situated on the coastal road of Aegina near the Temple of Apollo, about one km (half a mile) from the centre of town. It has 54 rooms all with private balcony and most with sea view.

The full buffet breakfast is served on the veranda and there is a restaurant that serves both lunch and dinner. In the beautiful garden there is a swimming pool and snack pool bar. The nearest beach is 50 metres away. The staff went above and beyond when I injured myself on my way to the hotel. The staff inquired about my care and brought me ice several times, plus let me check-in as soon as our room was ready so I could rest. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was amazing! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Surrounded by lush greenery, the Galini Hotel is situated in a wonderful location.

There are comfortable rooms, which contain air conditioning, fridge, a satellite and cable TV, a refrigerator. Daily change of towels is provided. Very nice place with a good atmosphere, close to the sea. The staff is nice, the room is cozy, with a small balcony. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The bar makes very good coffee. We will come back.

The traditional, family run Hotel Vagia is built in Aeginian Architecture with respect to the surrounding environment, just 150 metres from the beach of Vagia.

All rooms are fitted with stone-paved floors and built-in beds. They open to private balconies overlooking the Saronic Gulf, pine forests and the Ancient Temple of Aphaia which is a 30 minute hike away. Each includes air conditioning, a TV, a mini bar and free WiFi. The host was amazing and super helpful. The room was clean and had that old but well-preserved vibe. We did not have the chance to eat breakfast, but one night we dined at the place and really enjoyed the food and wine.
