The annex was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast items provided were a welcome addition and everyone in the family had something to choose from. The beds were extremely comfy. The fireplace was loaded up with wood and ready to go, but we didn’t need to use it because it didn’t get too chilly. We didn’t have much time to enjoy the apartment since we were only there for one night, but the living area was very nicely set up and there were lots of board games and such available. The rural location is very quiet and a nice break from the city crowds. We have already recommended it to friends who plan to come watch the Edinburgh Tattoo later this year.

The room was very nice and cozy, we loved it. The room and the bathroom were cleaned daily, which was great. The staff were absolutely lovely, they really made our stay wonderful.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at , just like the photos , very polite welcoming staff , very clean modern , spacious , lovely area , just a semi short drive to Edinburgh. Nice takeaways and shops nearby , free parking , very clean very comfy even had microwave , fridge freezer , smart tv with Netflix , adjustable AC/heating and colored lights for the room , have 0 complaints .
