Friendly and helpful staff, every morning they left pastries and bottles of water at our door which was a lovely touch and they also have fruits, juice, water, cookies for free everyday downstairs to reception. The room was very silent and we didn’t hear any street sound (and they are in a busy place). Loads of restaurants, stores and an express Carrefour (supermarket) around. Loved the location! Clean and comfortable room. I will definitely be staying here again when coming back to Madrid.

The Suites Viena is in the Arguëlles business district, a short walk from the shops on Gran Via. The lovely Oeste Park and the Royal Palace are both nearby. The room was very spacious and there was a huge terrace. Breakfast is very good.

Private parking is available on site. I had a great stay at this hotel in Tres Cantos. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always willing to help. My room was cleaned daily and always on time, which I really appreciated. One of the best parts was the free parking — it’s on the street, but I never had any trouble finding a spot, even during busy hours. Overall, everything was comfortable and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
