This rustic style ecolodge is located 15 minutes’ walk from the La Estación Beach in Puerto Ayora and 200 meters from the main street. The property offers free WiFi access and provides bikes to be rented. Victor and Aaron were incredible! They are perfect hosts and really go above and beyond what we could have expected (they took us to hospital, translated for us, and expected nothing for this - it was out of pure generosity!). The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day, and the towels were the comfiest we had in the Galápagos. There was free tea, coffee, water etc… and even free fresh bananas throughout our stay! There was gas cooking facilities, with sufficient crockery and cooking utensils. Victor and Aaron were also able to help us arrange tours, laundry, and had bikes and kayaks which could be rented. We also loved the decor/look of the hotel which Victor has sustainably and creatively build over the past 30 years - it is truly a work of art, and a must stay in the Galápagos!

We forgot our phone while on the ferry to St Cruz, and they drove down to the water taxi and brought the phone, this is what you can expect from them. Great people, nice property, beautiful island.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast filled you up.

Views of the surrounding garden can be enjoyed from these accommodations. Location: In the town for local shops, market and bus stop. Less than 5min walk to the beachfront restaurants and bars. Size of the room was generous and v comfortable. Hammocks and comfortable areas for relaxing as well as everything practical we could have needed: a well stocked kitchen, lockable cupboard in the room, lots of airing space for drying clothes. Good wifi - there is little to no signal on Galapagos and they had a starlink that provided the best wifi we found on the islands. Code-locked front gate meant you could come and go at leisure. Staff were very helpful: helped us to understand the bus to Santa Rosa (every 15mins 8am-10pm) for the El Chato Reserve to save money on taxis and even watched our bags for us the day we checked out so we could enjoy one more beach day before we left. There were bikes available to rent from the owners but we didn't use them. Also recommend ALMAR waterfront restaurant.
