We partook in the community dinner, which was fun and delicious, and breakfast was nice as well (keep in mind, it's not a buffet - you order from a menu). Our room felt very cozy, however the real charm was coming out of the room and reading a book or enjoying a cocktail in the "living room" and going on long walks along the beach close by.

Having heard the prices as charged to the other attendees, this one seemed very good in the price/quality metric. There was a small issue with limited parking space, but as the technician spoke with the owner, this was quickly and efficiently sorted.
