Bed and breakfast Placzek is a villa from 1930, located in the centre of Brno, 200 metres from the main square. A cafe can be found in the same building and free WiFi is available in all areas of the property. Perfect location in the historical city centre, very close to all the main attractions. We had a nice, quiet room towards the back of the building. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. My favourite part was the breakfast - lovely pancakes and avocado bread!

The city centre can be reached in 25 minutes by public transport, both the BVV Trade Fairs Brno and the Špilberk Castle can be visited 9 km away and the Vila Tugendhat can be sightseen 7 km from the hotel. Swimming can be enjoyed in the Kraví hora Aquapark and the Punkva Caves can be admired, both 15 km away Calm atmosphere, pets friendly hotel. Abundant breakfast. Liked coffee and tea making option in hallway too.

The guest house offers views of the Dyje river. Only 7 parking spaces are available and reservations are required. Beautiful location and view, beautiful building and rooms, great breakfast.

Everything was working well, was looking nice, and was clean. We had check-in late and we took the key from a keybox. Very good accommodation, I recommend. Easy access to the city center with tram number 4.

We loved the location just on the edge of a forest, we were travelling with our dog so it was important for us. The dog also got a comfy bed, bowls and treats. Lenka is a wonderful host as well.
