Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A special mention must go to Fabricio at reception, who was without a doubt the best receptionist we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, helping with everything from local tips to making sure our needs were met. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Amazing location and wonderful trails to explore. We saw many wild animals on the property and loved the views from the towers and the restaurant. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Beautiful room. It was great to have a free walking tour in the morning! Thank you for the great honeymoon decoration in our room and the gift. Very much appreciated!

Villas have a kitchenette and lounge. The standard and superior rooms are set in different areas of the property. Landscaping was excellent, pools are nicely done and breakfast was very good.

The hot springs in the hotel are great and the possibility to use the hotel services before checking in to the rooms and after checking out is the best option in the area. The room was clean. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Clean and high-quality bedding. recommended.

The pictures can not describe how beautiful this Hotel is. We stayed at the ground level room and had a awesome view on the volcano. The whole place was super clean from the pool to the plants and even the parking lot. The rooms are big and modern, the Wifi was superb and the bathroom is something else. Also the staff was very polite, helpful and professional. You don't need to look for any other accommodation just book this, you won't regret it.

It is a beautiful, well kept property. We loved the main eating area and cabins. The chocolate tour was wonderful! We enjoyed the area and walked the trails- lots of birds! Even the gift shop was good - with reasonable prices!

The nature (vegetation and animals from iguanas to sloths)around the hotel compound is amazing and gives lots of options to explore. The staff is wonderful and ready to help and support all your needs, including tours in the area. Our favorite was childrens eternal rainforest hike. The restaurant serves mostly food prepared with homegrown vegetables and fruits through regenerative farming. The accommodation we had was Casa Deluxe and it had everything you need. Swimmingpool is always accesible to relax, and it is cleaned with ozon, so no chlorine, which is fantastic. For practical matters, the internet through wifi worked fantastic (happy kids), and the cost of food was ok, but if you want to explore other restaurant options in the area, you need a car. Overall, Finca was the best place we have ever stayed. Hope to be back someday.
