It was a great first place to stay for my first time visiting China. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaners keep the place tidy, there are plenty of sitting areas such as the bar on the first floor and the lounge on second floor for relaxing and socializing as well as playing games like pool. I would recommend this place to all travellers, the price is fair, location is convenient, friendly and helpful staff, and an overall feeling of comfort.

Also, the host did her best to be available whenever I required anything. The host Accommodated my Requirement of one hour extension. The host refused to take the payment for the extra time. The location is right above the Subway Station and Several Restaurants around the same building and in the Vicinity. Connectivity wise, I recommend the place outright. On my Return, the Taxi Driver was about to drop me till the Subway station that connects to the airport Line 18 and instead, he drove me directly to the Airport. Midway, I told the same to the host as she was the one who booked the taxi. She apologized for misinterpreting my communication. She offered to pay half the taxi fare. I was okay with it on this occasion. The language challenge with the host is minimal. I was able to convey everything required with ease. We arrived in Chengdu at 7:30am, the staff allowed us to check in immediately without second guess or extra charge, amazing, we even got free upgrade. Furthermore, they also allow us to check out at 2pm instead of usual 12pm due to our flight was at evening. When we were asking one day trip to tourist attraction area, the also help us to connect with reliable and good service agent. Other than the staffs, the location is also excellent. 3 min walk to Metro Line 1 and 3, very convenient for travelling, and IFS and many shopping complex just around the corner. By the way, the morning breakfast is also worth it and very good (would say better than outside stall..😊).

Awesome and spacious rooms!! Good location for what we needed. Nice staff. We arrived in the evening and ended up getting dinner at the nearby hot pot place. Couldn't find a lot of food options or variety nearby (just FYI) but they had evening snacks that one person in our group just ended up doing for dinner.
